3. Provider Safety Requirements

3.1 Required Qualifications

All service providers must:

  • Hold required licenses and certifications for their field
  • Maintain current liability insurance
  • Complete Kideloa's safety training program
  • Agree to our Provider Code of Conduct

  4. Communication: We keep reporters informed of progress (within privacy constraints)
  5. Resolution: We take appropriate action based on findings
